Shipping Rates
- Flat Rate: $8 for all orders under 10 items.
- Free Shipping: Orders of 10 or more items ship for free!
Processing & Turnaround Times
Made-to-Order Items: Please allow up to 2 weeks for production before shipping.
Ready-to-Ship Items: Ship within 1-3 business days of purchase.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
All orders are shipped via standard shipping with tracking provided. Delivery times may vary depending on location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping.
Local Pickup
We offer free local pickup! If you're nearby and prefer to pick up your order, simply select the local pickup option at checkout. We will notify you when your order is ready and provide pickup details.

Return and Exchange Policy

Returns
- Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Store Credit: All returns will be processed as store credit, which can be used on future purchases. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale Items: Some items are purchased as Final Sale. These are not eligible for returns.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Underwear and intimates
- Swimwear
- Final sale or clearance items
Return Shipping
- Buyer Responsibility: You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Return Instructions: Once you contact us to initiate a return, we will provide you with the necessary return instructions and shipping address.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a return shipping label for defective items and either issue a replacement or store credit, depending on availability.
